I’ve been running ads for years. And if you’re like me, you know that the biggest challenge isn’t getting leads - it’s actually following up with them, booking them into appointments again, so I can close more deals from the leads that are already in my pipeline.

For years, I struggled with this. I run appointment-based solar sales, I was constantly leaving money on the table with leads that didn't book and I never called again or appointments that no showed that I never followed up with again. I’d lose leads just because I was too busy closing deals and too lazy to keep up with follow-ups. Besides it feels like I'm cold calling and it's so time consuming, I'd rather just run more ads.

But I’d spend the same amount on ads, every month, if not more, just to close the same amount of deals as last month. It was a hamster wheel of spending more and hoping for better conversions.
